Gap’s Cooking School is part of a guest house known as Gap’s House. The cooking school offers locals and tourists the opportunity to learn to cook authentic Thai food. Cooking school students will cook a Thai meal on their own under the supervision and guidance of qualified chefs. Students will learn how to prepare a total of 20 dishes over a two day period with the option of also making vegetarian meals. Every student is provided with utensils and a stove to create desserts, dinners and appetisers. At the end of a two day course each student will receive a certificate from Gap’s Thai Culinary Art. Every student has the option to stay at the Gap’s guest house with standard room prices. The staff at the cooking school are well trained professionals who are highly qualified to teach cooking. This is a great place to spend a couple days of the week learning how to create and eat authentic Thai dishes.
